Ulf Lidman

I have been working for 35 years in leadership with people undergoing crises and conflicts. The experience I have gained from all of these encounters is extensive, multifaceted and multicultural. Seeing the person, the individual, is crucial. Only then can you offer support, leadership and guidance. Techniques and methods for leadership is secondary to building a strong alliance of trust with the people you lead.

My deepest passion is to equip leaders with competence in four areas. I want to put a new frame around four of the most challenging areas leaders face and replace avoidance with excitement.

A good leader needs to be competent in guiding employees through personal and/or work-related crisis, evoking change where there is discourse or lack of motivation, leading diverse and multicultural teams and minimizing the effects of conflict.

A dynamic speaker and trainer with excellent references. Training that is not being implemented is a waste of resources. Ulf Lidman’s top priority is not only knowledge and expertise, but helping people to put it into practice.

Specialized and certified

Two Master’s degrees, one in intercultural studies and one specializing in leadership and relationship therapy. Currently Ulf is pursuing a certificate in Organizational Behavioral Management at Harvard University.

Evidence-based methods

Ulf is taking evidence-based methods proven very successful in therapy and treatment, implementing these into areas of leadership and management.

Wide set of skills

Ulf has worked extensively in Europe, Africa, USA and the Middle East. His work ranges from working with marginalized people with many social challenges to top executives in large corporations.
